Meeting began with the prayer and the pledge. Aleksandra called the meeting to order. Sean spoke about his history of East End Rotary Clubs, and the rotary “how to” manual that he is creating for the club. Beau spoke about Fresh Air Home. Brian spoke about the Breakers game. Southamptonfest will be October 2nd, and Rosane has agreed to step in with and take over the committee. Mark handed over the documentation to help the committee going forward. We also talked about updating by laws , Paul has created a draft based on other people's clubs and an outline provided by Lydia Wells last year. Many clubs in the district took on this task last year and it's time. It's important to have rules that reflect our clubs procedure. Paul provided a presentation on Clubrunner.
